This is a massive drop. May piss a few "Recent" buyers off but it will sure make any new ones happy. If you're on a Nikon set of gear you're going to be getting excellent new ones for the same price (almost) as a 20D... Amazing.

Arizona's reputation for right wing lunacy certainly will be enhanced by this effort. Or maybe there's some pretty rational thinking behind SB1070 and eliminating rights for American born citizens of Hispanic descent. 30% of Arizonans are Hispanic. 42% of all students from kindergarten through twelth grade are Hispanic and the percentage goes even higher for the younger grades. These are nice photos but I for one would appreciate it if new threads are started for discussions and new photographs are added to your personal galleries and if you like critique requests. That way we can look at your photographs by thumbnail and keep the topics on new threads to ones which are topical.

As of May 29, 2009, approximately 45,800 H-1B cap-subject petitions had been received by USCIS and counted towards the H-1B cap. Approximately 20,000 petitions qualifying for the advanced degree cap exemption had been filed. USCIS will continue to accept both cap-subject petitions and advanced degree petitions until a sufficient number of H-1B petitions have been received to reach the statutory limits.

i got ead(secondary person) yestesday.and also i applied H1 B which got approved 1 week back and i want to take SSN. so my question is with
what(H1B or EAD) i should apply for SSN). Do i need to apply SSN with EAD or H1 B? which one will be better ? please let me know.

My current employer filed my labor and 140 in 2007 under EB3 and are also approved. Now I am planning to move to a different who is willing to start my GC under EB2. Now can i use 2007 as my priority date?

I94 date doesnt matter for entry on AP as parolee status.
Just continue on H1 or EAD whichever you have been using and keep extending AP too for travel.

I would like to have a list of documents/forms needed to file for derivative I-485 for spouse.
I did come across a few lists on the web, some overlap and some don't, but they do not necessarily address the full list of documents needed when Primary's I-485 is already pending and spouse is filing separately at a later time.
The derivative beneficiary is already in US on a dependent Visa, looking to do AOS instead of CP.
I would appreciate if anyone can provide a list and it'll be great if any members in a similar situation have done it themselves.

I filed I-131 for AP renewal around 10th August and received a Biometrics appointment notice for I-485 yesterday. Is there Fingerprinting required for AP? If yes, why is the Case Type on the notice I-485? Or is the FP notice for I-485 and it is just a coincidence that I have filed for AP renewal. My PD will be current next month...

How do I find out who gave me the "RED" reputation, I am a harmless person not making any personal comments on anybody in this forum, wonder why someone gave the red to me .
