Guys,
I had received FP notice 2 days ago and my FP date is after 3 weeks. I was getting ready to try to do it early but I just received Card Production Ordered email for both my spouse and myself. What do I do now? Do I need to still go for the FP after 3 weeks.
I am not sure why they would send me the FP notice if they wanted to approve my GC.

Hi
This is my current status
I am on H1 B visa and currently working in the US. My visa expires in July, 2011.
I was sent to the US on a long term onsite assignment from the company I was working in bangalore, India. I am asked to come back to India in June 2010.
What are the implications of me quitting thecurrent job once I go back to India? Is my H1 B visa still valid?
In case if I go back to India and move to a different company, do I have to go through everything starting from filing the H1 petition to get the H1 visa?

I140 approved on Sep 2008
I 485 in process - submitted RFE on Sep 10th
Right now i m on H1B. I recently got married and my husband is on H1B he didnt start his GC process yet. At this stage can i add him on my green card. If so pls explain me the process ...

I am applying my Labor on EB2 tomorrow (07/26/2007). Is there any glim chacne for me to get the approval before 08/14/2007? I am going through Atlanta. Please let me know how long is the average time to get the cetification from atlanta center. (One of my friend applied on 07/17/07 and got the LC on 07/23/07 from atlanta center).

You could take a look at Track it. It will give you an idea of Atlanta backlogs . You could have a very good chance at Chicago though . Your friend was one in a million lucky and you could be one too .

For EB2 I - CY 06, in march it was 10150 and now it is 9900. It has gone down by only 250, in line with ~3000 visas/12 monthly allotment. No spillover or anything for the month of march atleast as per the numbers.

Jul 2nd filer. EAD approved late Sep and notice mailed on 10/2/07. (LUD on EAD 10/2)
There is a LUD on the AP application on 10/4/07, but the status still says case received and pending. What could this LUD be ?
When I saw the LUD (with 10/4) I got excited and thought AP was approved too, but when I click the case details , it still says pending. The text of the details did not change.

USCIS has released figures from the first week of the H-1B season and filings for the 65,000 H-1B "regular" cap slots for the fiscal year that begins in October were just 13,500. That is less than one third of the 42,000+ received during the same period last year and only about one-tenth of the number filed two years ago. Only 5,600 masters cap applications were filed against the 20,000 cap in that category.

Here is a question for one of my friend
He is a July 07 filer and has I 485 pending for more than 180 days, has EAD and AP.
All through the years he has been on H1. however there is a gap of 40 days between change of employer on H1. (The H1 is approved after this gap of 40days) Is he in the status during this gap of 40 days because he has pending 485 and has valid EAD/AP?

I am waiting for the approval of my I-131. Can I fax a request to approve/speedup the process? If I can send the fax, can someone pass the fax number?
Background:
I applied for I-131 online in May, 2008 at TEXAS Service center. I applied before 120 days of the expiration. In December 2008 I got an RFE asking for the reasons why I applied before 120 days of expiration of AP authorization. I sent the response on Dec 11th.
Thanks in advane for the help.
