Hello everyone, My husband whose PD is Oct 2006 EB2 got his email today...
On March 24, 2010 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
I have two questions...
1) How is it possible to get GC out of turn.........?
2) We moved to a new house n updated the address, but for some reason it was not correct. The system(also the customer service) wont let me update till 45 days have passed. Now the document will come to the wrong address? What do i do?

Both for me and wife card production was ordered but my EAD (primary applicant ) is not yet received. my wife got hers last friday 7-16-2010.
Should I be concerned? What if the postal service missed/lost it?

Hello All,
I'm in a big fix now, need immediate suggestion and help.
I have a valid H1B petition filed from SC, now I had moved to FL and started working on a prj. I have planned for my trip to india early june and then I came to know from my lawyer that I need to have a new LCA and H1B amendment before traveling to india and appearing for visa interview.
They had already filed for my new LCA which I have got and they had applied for my H1B premium amendment also but I haven't got the new petition yet.
I have applied for the visa interview by filling all the DS-160 forms for my family based on old petition number.
Can I can still go ahead with the interview and carry the new amended petition in my hand OR should I cancel the existing interview and once again fill the new DS-160 forms and take the new interview date ?
Please let me know on this....

Hi ,
I have been residing in the U.S. (NY) since 0ct 2007 with an H4 visa. My dad had and still has an H1B visa. I have completed my high school here in the States only and now I am enrolled as a full time student in a college (in-state tuition). Now the problem is I will turn 21 this February and I believe I will no longer be a dependent on my father's H1 visa and would be residing "illegally". In that case what should I do? I want to complete my studies and stay here in the U.S. with my family and not be deported back to my home country all alone :(
Is changing to F1 a good option for me ? I heard it could be risky? Is there any way I could have my studies going smoothly as it is now considering the out state tution under F1 would be too much...
any suggestions and help would be greatly apppreciated

No one from EB3 category posting their success story of geting a GC recently. What does that mean, VB PD is just foolling us and making you to go crazy.
